Turn it up!

I had this thought a few weeks ago. If I were Emperor of the Universe, all public bathrooms would have music playing at a reasonable to loud volume. Music would do an excellent job of drowning out noises that I really don't want to hear, discourage people from talking on their cell phones in the bathroom (gross, these people suck), and prevent obnoxious co-workers from making chitchat with me when all I really want to do is get in and get out. Seriously people, in the bathroom, leave me the hell alone! There are actually tons of other improvements that public bathrooms can use, but that is for another time. For now, music in the bathroom, thoughts?
